Product Returns

We are happy to accept returned items that are no longer required as long as they are in A1 condition and in their original unopened packaging. To arrange a return, please notify our after-sales team within five days of delivery.

If any goods are found to be damaged or faulty, we require email evidence and confirmation within two working days of receipt.

Any non-faulty Goods which are non-stock Goods, or which are bespoke, made-to-measure, personalised, customised, made to the Customer’s specification or specially ordered (Restricted Goods) may not be returned.

Many of the products we sell come with a manufacturer’s warranty, guarantee or similar assurance. Although we do not have any responsibility or liability under or in connection with any such warranty, guarantee or assurance, we will manage any warranty claim.
