What you can expect
Site Visits and Surveys: All site surveys are conducted by experienced, trained Contract Managers. They are senior members of our management team and have a wealth of experience in the washroom industry. Their aim is to gather all the vital information from the rooms and to gain a full understanding of the client's needs.
Washroom Specification: The specification will include a detailed breakdown of all required products and materials, along with prices. Full tendering documentation can be produced in a format ready for contractor quotations.
2D CAD Drawings: Using our in-house CAD system, we can produce a full layout drawing showing the design and locations of your finished room, ensuring everything fits!
3D Computer-Generated Images (CGIs): 3D computer-generated images of your new washroom will help clarify the final concept. Ideal for confirming colour choices and to show others.
