About Us
Our Journey began through our parent company Lan Services. As a specialist washroom installation company, we noticed an opportunity to use our expertise to build an e-commerce business to complement our installations.
The parent company, Lan Services Ltd, is a family-run affair; established in 1999 by Keith Seddon, the business is now being steered by his two sons; Andy and Mark.
Commercial Washrooms was incorporated in 2010 as a small spin-off of LAN Services, and developed into a significant online business. The success of Commercial Washrooms created the need to develop a dedicated, more sophisticated, and better-presented website, thus www.commercialwashroomsltd.co.uk was born.
The background and experience gained by all staff places us in an ideal position to advise on the most appropriate materials and products suitable for any commercial washroom setting.
Our head office is based in Poole, Dorset and we operate a secondary office from Bexley, Kent which covers the London and SE region. Commercial Washrooms has no geographical limitations on supply thanks to our partner relations with several courier organisations.
Our toilet refurbishment service covers the South of the UK. Supply only and supply + installation is offered UK-wide and increasingly to the international market.
