How much does postage and packaging cost?

Small Items: Standard delivery is £10 + VAT per delivery. This one-off standard charge applies to all our products, except our cubicles, vanity units, wash troughs, IPS panelling range, and fragile items such as sanitaryware and mirrors.

Fragile Items: Pallet delivery starts from £40 + VAT, with prices varying depending on delivery location. Fragile products include ceramic sanitary ware, Doc M Packs, and mirrors. Pallet shipments to Northern Scotland and Northern Ireland start from £100 + VAT.

Oversized Items: Delivery costs of bespoke cubicles, IPS panels, vanity units and other bulky products start at £105 and vary depending on the delivery location.

Deliveries to Ireland, Europe, and worldwide are available and quoted on a case-by-case basis. Please contact the Commercial Washrooms sales team for further information and bespoke delivery prices.

Confirmed delivery costs can be found by adding all relevant products to the website basket. You will be prompted to include your delivery postcode, after which a delivery cost will be displayed.

When will your order arrive?

We operate a next-day delivery service on all stocked items, including pallet deliveries, to standard UK locations. Delivery timescales will vary for any items not in stock. Please get in touch if time is of the essence for an accurate lead time.

All bespoke products, such as cubicles and vanity units, have extended lead times to allow manufacturing time. This is typically 18-21 working days from drawing sign-off.

What couriers should you expect?

Our primary courier for mainland UK deliveries is DHL; however, an alternative may be available.

All pallet deliveries are sent via the UK pallet network or on our dedicated transport.

How can you pay?

Credit Card: Commercial Washrooms accepts all major credit cards, including payments made through Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Bank Transfer: We are happy to send you a proforma invoice for payment by BACS and cheques.

Buy now and pay later: We have partnered with payment provider Two Inc. You can instantly set up a Two Credit Account with Instant Credit Approval.

Credit Account: You can also set up a credit account with us for 30 days of credit. Complete our online form, and a team member will be in touch.

If you are purchasing from a local authority-funded school or local authority, we are happy to accept a formal purchase order with payment to follow.

Are you placing an order from outside the UK mainland? Please contact Commercial Washrooms for details and prices. Costs and availability will vary depending on the location and required items.

Do we accept returns?

Orders for “custom-made”, “made to measure”, or “special order” goods may not be cancelled or refunded under any circumstance. This includes but is not exclusive to Toilet Cubicles, Vanity Units, Panels, Wash Troughs, Changing Room Lockers, and Benches.

The Buyer may cancel orders for Goods that are not outlined as above at any time before they are dispatched.

You may return goods for any reason within five days from the date of delivery/collection. You must contact the Company for returns authorisation by emailing [email protected] or by telephoning 01202 650 900 and requesting a return note. The original delivery charge and any return delivery cost will not be refunded. Items must be returned in their original unopened packaging and in a sellable condition to qualify for a refund. All returns must be sent to Commercial Washrooms by some form of recorded delivery, where a signature will be obtained upon delivery; this avoids any issues of deliveries not being received by us.

Please note: There will be a 25% re-stocking charge.

Has your order arrived damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, please get in touch with us within two days via [email protected] or by telephone at 01202 650 900 and provide us with photos of the damaged product. We will inspect the photos and contact you as soon as possible to resolve this.

When will you receive your refund?

The Company will examine the returned Goods and process any refund, usually within 3-5 working days but no later than 30 days. Unless otherwise notified by the Company, the price of the Goods will be refunded only, less any applicable restocking, administration, delivery, and/or collection charges.
