Underframes for commercial use vanity units and wash troughs with easy access front panels. Available in a choice of colours and materials with optional locks and hinges.
The space below a vanity unit can be occupied by unsightly pipework and plumbing materials. While these are best hidden away, regular maintenance and access are also needed. Our under frames create an ideal way to achieve this while at the same time supporting the vanity top or wash trough above.
Access panels are supplied with factory-fitted nylon pull-off clips, meaning the underframe is delivered in one complete and ready-to-install unit. The underframes are fixed to floors, walls and tops/wash troughs using L brackets and timber supports where needed (not supplied).
They are manufactured in a choice of 2 materials - either a high-pressure laminate (HPL) (for predominantly dry areas) or solid-grade laminate (SGL), which is impervious to water. *HPL should only be used when the risk of water dropping onto the access panels is minimal.

Please note, prices displayed are for purchasing underframes and access panels only. Vanity tops and wash troughs can be purchased separately. When ordering a vanity underframe over 3000mm these may be supplied in 2 pieces due to sheet size of the material available.

Product Returns
We are happy to accept returned items that are no longer required as long as they are in A1 condition and in their original unopened packaging. To arrange a return, please notify our after-sales team within five days of delivery.
If any goods are found to be damaged or faulty, we require email evidence and confirmation within two working days of receipt.
Any non-faulty Goods which are non-stock Goods, or which are bespoke, made-to-measure, personalised, customised, made to the Customer’s specification or specially ordered (Restricted Goods) may not be returned.
