Unsightly pipework and plumbing materials can occupy the space below a vanity unit. While these are best hidden away, regular maintenance and access are also needed. Our underframes create an ideal way to achieve this.
Access panels are supplied with factory-fitted nylon pull-off clips, meaning the underframe is delivered in one complete and ready-to-install unit. The underframes are fixed to floors, walls and tops/wash troughs using L brackets and timber supports where needed (not supplied). The 1.2m unit has one hole/access panel, and the 1.8m unit is provided with two.
Access panels and the surrounding frame are manufactured in Polyrey solid-grade laminate (SGL), which is impervious to water. These panels are made in white (B070) or Grey (G003).
These vanity unit panels can also be supplied with 600mm deep return end panels. Choose one end panel if the unit is to be installed in the corner of a room, and two end panels if the unit requires both ends to be closed.

Product Returns
We are happy to accept returned items that are no longer required as long as they are in A1 condition and in their original unopened packaging. To arrange a return, please notify our after-sales team within five days of delivery.
If any goods are found to be damaged or faulty, we require email evidence and confirmation within two working days of receipt.
Any non-faulty Goods which are non-stock Goods, or which are bespoke, made-to-measure, personalised, customised, made to the Customer’s specification or specially ordered (Restricted Goods) may not be returned.
