The Dudley Illusion Universal is a wall-hung WC pan support frame designed for most installations.
It can be used against flat walls and in corners in domestic or commercial environments.
The Dudley Illusion range of support frames are ideal for use with most wall-hung sanitaryware, providing a proven solution behind panelling and tiles and in fitted bathroom furniture.
Illusion can be installed in conjunction with any Dudley concealed cistern to provide a bespoke water saving solution. The rest of this range includes the smaller Illusion Compact Universal for confined spaces, and the Illusion Freestanda for where no solid rear wall fixing is available.

- Wall and floor fixing brackets can be fixed through 180 degrees and 360 degrees respectively to simplify installation

- 5L & 4L mono flush is achievable
- Load tested to 4kN to ensure compliance with BS EN 997 when fitted with a wall-hung pan

Product Returns
We are happy to accept returned items that are no longer required as long as they are in A1 condition and in their original unopened packaging. To arrange a return, please notify our after-sales team within five days of delivery.
If any goods are found to be damaged or faulty, we require email evidence and confirmation within two working days of receipt.
Any non-faulty Goods which are non-stock Goods, or which are bespoke, made-to-measure, personalised, customised, made to the Customer’s specification or specially ordered (Restricted Goods) may not be returned.
