The BIOFIL Anti-bacterial Shower Head Filter from Delabie helps to prevent the spread of infection when connected to any flexible shower hose. The shower head has a quick and easy screw connection point.
Each BIOFIL filter has an integrated hollow fibre membrane with an absolute filtration threshold of 0.1µm. The filter removes microorganisms (bacteria, protozoa, fungi, particles in the water system, etc.) from the water without changing its chemical composition.

The BIOFIL Anti-bacterial Shower Head Filter from Delabie helps to prevent the spread of infection when connected to any flexible shower hose. The shower head has a quick and easy screw connection point.
Each BIOFIL filter has an integrated hollow fibre membrane with an absolute filtration threshold of 0.1µm. The filter removes microorganisms (bacteria, protozoa, fungi, particles in the water system, etc.) from the water without changing its chemical composition.
Provides optimum protection against waterborne nosocomial infections. The maximum lifespan of the BIOFIL range is 62 days after initial installation.
Product Features:
- Single-use removable anti-bacterial BIOFIL shower head filter, sterilising grade 0.1μm absolute-rated.
- The device is made from ABS.
- Membrane type: tubular microfiltration.
- Membrane made from polyethylene.
- Qualified water volume per duration of use: 6,000 litres.
- Filtration flow rate: 6 lpm at 1 bar, 11.2 lpm at 3 bar and 13 lpm at 5 bar (filter only, excludes any flow rate restriction in the tap).
- Maximum upstream pressure at the point-of-use: 5 bar.
- Maximum lifespan: 2 months after installation.
- Resistance to thermal shocks: 70°C for 30 minutes.
- Resistance to chemical shocks: active chlorine levels up to 100 ppm for 2 hours (cumulative total).
- Non-sterile filter.
- CE Class I medical device.
- Weight: empty filter 105g / filled filter 186g.

Product Returns
We are happy to accept returned items that are no longer required as long as they are in A1 condition and in their original unopened packaging. To arrange a return, please notify our after-sales team within five days of delivery.
If any goods are found to be damaged or faulty, we require email evidence and confirmation within two working days of receipt.
Any non-faulty Goods which are non-stock Goods, or which are bespoke, made-to-measure, personalised, customised, made to the Customer’s specification or specially ordered (Restricted Goods) may not be returned.
