Our Half Height Blank IPS Duct Panel Set offers a complete solution for projects requiring concealed plumbing and services. A simple five-step installation is easy to specify and install and can save up to 20% in cost compared to traditional methods while simultaneously saving valuable time on site.
Choose from Melamine Faced Chipboard (MFC), Solid Grade Laminate (SGL) or High-pressure Laminate (HPL).
Our half-height blank panel sets are available as panels only or complete as pre-manufactured metal or timber frames with factory-mounted panels. Designed to fit in a run of duct sets and between walls or other panelling, we can also supply these as free-standing units.
Suitable for use with toilets, wash hand basins and urinals.
The base price displayed is for a single half-height panel set only (no frame). The price will alter by changing the drop-down options.
You can purchase either metal or timber duct set frames. The timber duct panels can come with either lift-off or pull-off clips. Make sure to choose the most suitable option from the drop-down.
For installations within the corner of a room (against a wall), please add one return end to close off either the right or left-hand side. Two return ends are required for the left and right-hand ends to be closed.
Standard Dimensions (site-specific measurements available):
- Height = 1200mm from floor level
- Width = up to 900mm
- Depth = 300mm
Site-specific measurements are available and made to manufacture.
The blank panel systems are ideal for concealing unsightly pipework. This product can be used to mount any commercial sanitaryware type (sold separately) - toilets, urinals or basins. Please check the fixings to be used when purchasing your sanitary ware.
Commercial Washrooms can supply a range of Commercial Sanitaryware as a complete package with the panel sets. Colours are from our standard colour range - see attached PDF.
Note: When specifying the blank duct set for use with a wall-hung toilet please select the metal frame option and include our wall-hung WC IPS support bracket. The support bracket is only required when installing a wall-hung toilet.

Product Returns
We are happy to accept returned items that are no longer required as long as they are in A1 condition and in their original unopened packaging. To arrange a return, please notify our after-sales team within five days of delivery.
If any goods are found to be damaged or faulty, we require email evidence and confirmation within two working days of receipt.
Any non-faulty Goods which are non-stock Goods, or which are bespoke, made-to-measure, personalised, customised, made to the Customer’s specification or specially ordered (Restricted Goods) may not be returned.
