The TEMPOMATIC 4 electronic tap allows for hands to be washed without any manual contact with the tap. The valve opens when hands are detected and closes automatically when they are removed.
Bacteria can multiply inside the pipework when water stagnates. To make sure it circulates the TEMPOMATIC 4 activates every 24 hours after its last use to perform an anti-bacterial duty flush.
After the recent health crisis, we wash our hands more frequently and for longer, meaning water consumption in public places has increased significantly. The TEMPOMATIC 4 stops automatically while hands are being soaped: that's a saving of almost 5 litres per hand wash.
