Novatap (NT-EX) is an elegant deck-mounted chrome infrared sensor tap suitable for commercial washrooms. This robust but stylish design makes the Novatap ideal for high-use environments.
This tap comes complete with an external solenoid valve, activated when hands come in range of the sensor. The tap is powered by either mains or batteries, with both options included as standard.

Novatap is an elegant deck-mounted chrome infrared tap suitable for commercial washrooms. This robust but stylish design makes the Novatap ideal for high-use environments.
This tap comes complete with an external solenoid valve, activated when hands come in range of the sensor. The tap is powered by either mains or batteries, with both options included as standard.
The flow rate can be adjusted to either 3.5 or 5.0 litres per minute, which helps save water and supports environmental initiatives such as BREEAM. This is done by switching over the flow regulators (both included).
This tap has a built-in purge and rinse function (every 12 hours) that helps reduce dead legs and fight against issues such as legionella.

Product Returns
We are happy to accept returned items that are no longer required as long as they are in A1 condition and in their original unopened packaging. To arrange a return, please notify our after-sales team within five days of delivery.
If any goods are found to be damaged or faulty, we require email evidence and confirmation within two working days of receipt.
Any non-faulty Goods which are non-stock Goods, or which are bespoke, made-to-measure, personalised, customised, made to the Customer’s specification or specially ordered (Restricted Goods) may not be returned.
