Edge Washtrough

The Commercial Washrooms range of Solid Surface wash troughs tick all the right boxes to achieve that stunning and sophisticated washroom finish. In addition, they are also extremely durable and hygienic.

This wash trough is designed for wall mounted taps. An alternative is available for deck mounted tap installations.

The Solid Surface material is manufactured to a seamless stone-like appearance, made from 12mm thick sheets of white acrylic composite material mounted onto a moisture resistant MDF substrate. The composite sheets are manufactured by Tristone, a similar material supplied by Dupont Corian and LG Hi-Mac.

The solid surface material is unique in giving customers the ability to renew the surface from damage by polishing out any scratches or wear and tear.

Wash Troughs can be supplied with the required wall fixing bracket. We recommend the following quantities:

• Up to 600mm : 2 brackets
• 601mm – 1200mm : 2 brackets
• 1201mm - 1800mm : 3 brackets
• 1801mm – 2400mm : 4 brackets

Wall Brackets are 370mm and will need cutting to the depth of the Wash Trough.

Please note the wall fixing bracket is sold as a single, please adjust the quantity to meet your measurements.

Non-standard bespoke troughs can be manufactured on request, please call the team for further information. The price shown is for the colour Pure White, we can price the alternative colours displayed upon request.

Supplied as a standard projection of 300mm and overall height of 500mm. Widths as follows:

• 600mm (single user)
• 1200mm (Two Person)
• 1800mm (Three Person)
• 2400mm (Four Person)
• 3000mm (Five Person)

IPS Duct Frames: 

To complete the look we are able to supply duct panel sets or underframes on which to mount the wash trough. These can be manufactured in either High-Pressure Laminate (HPL) or Solid Grade Laminate (SGL).

Taps:

Troughs are supplied un-drilled for taps. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to drill tap holes on site. Drawings provided prior to purchase may show taps however this is for illustration purposes only.

Price displayed is for the wash trough only; additional costs apply for purchase of taps. Commercial Washrooms can supply a range of commercial standard taps suitable for the Solid Surface Wash Troughs. Options include sensor taps, lever or non-concussive.

Ordering Tips:

All Commercial Washrooms manufactured solid surface wash troughs are supplied with wall brackets but an underframe is recommended if ordering a trough at 2400mm or more, as the wall will unlikely support the weight of the trough on its own. Please allow more time for delivery during peak periods such as school holidays, if in doubt or delivery is of the essence contact us prior to purchasing. If you order an underframe with your trough we will contact you after you place your order for your choice of colour(s), all underframes are supplied manufactured in SGL material. If the underframe is located within a corner you will require 1 end panel, if it is free standing you will require 2 end panels. Troughs and underframes can be made entirely to custom lengths, depths and heights, contact us for a bespoke quote.
