Budget close coupled disabled toilet room pack (Doc M Pack), designed to provide a toilet facility for wheelchair users within a commercial washroom setting. Complete with grey steel grab rails, with concealed fixings. Includes TMV3 valve for controlling hot water to a safe temperature.
This Doc M pack complies with the Approved Document M of the Building Regulations 2000 and BS 8300:2001, provided that the toilet facility has at least the dimensions, equipment and fittings shown within the regulations. This disabled toilet pack provides both left and right-hand layouts without the need to specify right or left-hand assemblies.
Pre-boxed pack comes complete with:
- 5 x 600mm Steel Grab Rails
- 1 x 800mm Lift & lock steel hinged Rail
- 1 x Close coupled WC pan & cistern assembly
- 1 x Ring only toilet seat with stainless hinge
- 1 x Two tap hole basin & fittings
- 1 x Basin mixer tap
- 1 x Spatula cistern lever
- 1 x TMV3 Valve
Optional exposed or concealed fixings for grab rails
Not Included: alarm pull cord, shelf, and mirror.

Please Note: Fixings for load bearing elements of the Doc-M pack such as the WC pan and grab rails are not supplied with fixings, as the type of fixings required depend on the surfaces they are being fixed to.

Product Returns
We are happy to accept returned items that are no longer required as long as they are in A1 condition and in their original unopened packaging. To arrange a return, please notify our after-sales team within five days of delivery.
If any goods are found to be damaged or faulty, we require email evidence and confirmation within two working days of receipt.
Any non-faulty Goods which are non-stock Goods, or which are bespoke, made-to-measure, personalised, customised, made to the Customer’s specification or specially ordered (Restricted Goods) may not be returned.
