Armitage Shanks Clyde Plaster Sink is a PS H plaster sink unit, for use in hospitals and healthcare settings for the disposal of plaster waste.
It has an integral plain top and sump to accommodate strainer and help prevent plaster from blocking the drain, with earthing terminal and cantilever brackets included.
This sink is HTM64 approved, meaning it fits the strict requirements making it suitable for hospitals and healthcare settings. In these situations where casting materials are prepared and soaked, thick plaster waste cannot be disposed of through normal sink outlets, so a plaster sink should be installed to prevent blockages, as well as provide a more functional unit for it intended use.
Clyde does not include taps, so these items can be selected for purchase from the included options.
A suitable bib tap for this sink is the Markwik Bib Tap, which is lever controlled. This long lever-action tap avoids contamination, and has an open nozzle and flow straightener with minimal restriction. You can also purchase a bib tap extender to allow the taps to reach further over the bucket.
The Clyde plaster sink is situated on the left hand side of the unit, and includes stainless steel cantilever brackets and strainer waste. Extra support legs can also be purchased.
