Our refurbishment services cover the South of the UK from our offices based in Dorset and London, so when customers across the UK are looking to carry out a full or partial washroom refurbishment, we refer them to our Local Installer Network, helping them to find a qualified local installer for their project.
As a member of our network, you will be responsible for working directly with the referred customer, carrying out a site visit, quoting for the project, and if successful, completing the schedule of works.
We will be on hand to work closely with you, supplying you with products from leading washroom brands at competitive prices. Our aim is to build a relationship with each member of the network through a series of exclusive benefits and the support of a dedicated account manager.

Sales inquiries are passed to contractors in good faith. We reserve the right to not pass future leads on for any of the following reasons: 1. Contractors fulfill the project by using washroom products purchased from other suppliers without the expressed consent of Commercial Washrooms. 2. The contractor does not update their liability insurance documents with Commercial Washrooms. 3. The contractor subsequently passes any inquiry to another contractor or third party without the expressed consent of Commercial Washrooms.
Local installers agree to treat each inquiry passed by Commercial Washrooms in the following way: 1. Send a suitably experienced person to attend the client’s site to measure the room(s) and discuss the scope of the works within 1 week of introduction. 2. Submit a detailed quotation back to the client within 2 weeks of a site visit to include all relevant washroom products as specified by the Commercial Washrooms Sales Advisor. 3. Follow up with the client for feedback within 1 week of quotation submission. 4. Update the relevant Commercial Washrooms Sales Advisor with progress as appropriate.
