How long will my washroom refurbishment take?

As you can imagine, it’s very difficult to give a one size fits all answer to this question. However, a typical project takes around 4-6 weeks from start to finish. Smaller-scale projects could be done in a shorter time frame, while larger refurbishments across a whole campus may be delivered in phases. 

What colours can I choose for our new washroom?

All our cubicles and IPS panels can be fully customised on Polyrey colours, allowing you to blend them in seamlessly with corporate or school colours. Similarly, Altro flooring and Altro Whiterock also come in an expansive range of colours and finishes meaning your washroom can deliver a splash of colour, or continue a design aesthetic throughout your site.

Do you manage all aspects of the project, or will we need to bring in any trades ourselves?

From concept to completion, we take care of the whole process, delivering a turn-key service. After an initial consultation, we create detailed specification options along with CAD drawings and 3D imagery, allowing you to see exactly how the finished washrooms will look as well as having a clear view of all the figures. Once key decision-makers are happy to sign off on the project, we then book in a time to carry out the stripping out of existing washrooms, along with any structural work that may be required and the installation of your new washrooms including any tiling, flooring and ceiling works, along with electricals and plumbing. Your washroom renovation will also be overseen by a dedicated project manager, giving you a simple and easy point of contact for the whole project.

What kind of guarantees is in place, we need these washrooms to be really durable?

All products and materials we use are of a high commercial grade and backed by an extensive warranty. We give a 12-month installation warranty plus a product warranty backed by manufacturers from 5-20 years. Manufacturer warranties vary from product to product, but typically, taps are covered for 5 years, Sanitaryware is usually covered with a lifetime warranty, and anti-slip flooring from Altro is between 10-20 years.

Will my new washroom be water and energy-efficient?

Many clients highlight the importance of efficiency and eco-credentials, which we bring in at the specification stage. We can advise on the best options for your specific site, including sensor activated LED lighting, low volume cisterns and waterless urinals, as well as sensor activation on flushes, taps and hand dryers.

Do you have a trained team?

Along with a qualified project manager, our team includes experienced and skilled installers and trades. The installation team are all DBS checked, allowing them to work in all types of professional, educational and care settings.

Stock items are despatched for next day delivery, while bespoke and ordered items can vary on lead times.
