What you can expect
Site Visits and Surveys: All site surveys are carried out by experienced and trained Contract Managers. They are senior members of our management team and have a wealth of experience in the washroom industry. Their aim is to gain all the vital information from the rooms as well as a full understanding of the clients needs.
Washroom Specification: The washroom specification produced will include a detailed breakdown of all the required products and materials along with prices. Full tendering documentation can be produced in a format ready to send out for contractor quotations.
2D CAD Drawings: Using our in-house CAD system we can produce a full layout drawing showing the design and locations of your finished room, ensuring everything fits!
3D Computer Generated Images (CGI's): 3 dimensional computer generated images of your new washroom will aid in understanding the final concept. Ideal for confirming colour choices and to show others.
